Independent Police Investigative Directorate Investigator, Zelda Maphosho, will continue with her testimony at the Madlanga Commission this morning.
This as the Commission continues its investigations into the Aeroton drug interception that took place in the south of Johannesburg in 2021.
Yesterday, Maphosho was questioned about the handling of evidence at the crime scene, where over 700 kilograms of drugs were intercepted by law enforcement agencies.
Evidence before the Madlanga Commission has shown that three officers – Warrant Officers Marumo Magane and Steve Phakula, as well as Gauteng traffic official Samuel Mashaba – were the first officials on the scene of the Aeroton drug interception.
Our reporter Canny Maphanga joins us for a discussion.
