JAL, ANA confident demand will hold despite higher fuel surcharges

International travel on Japan's two largest airlines, All Nippon Airways (ANA) and Japan Airlines (JAL), is set to become more expensive amid rising fuel prices. The latest fuel surcharge hikes are among the steepest in years, raising questions about how much more travellers are willing to pay.
