U.K., France & Germany launch new consultation format | Ukraine Brief

Leaders of U.K., France, and Germany met Ukrainian President Zelenskyy in London to coordinate a new framework for supporting Ukraine and for future consultations, outlining five conditions for a potential ceasefire.

Ukraine continues its mid-range strikes against Russian targets, with Kyiv saying on Monday that it struck a military cargo train in Russia’s Bryansk region. Russian authorities also confirmed that all passenger rail services from Crimea to the Russian mainland have been suspended following a Ukrainian drone strike on a passenger train locomotive on the peninsula.

Meanwhile, Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk urged Polish President Karol Nawrocki and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to meet and discuss the latest diplomatic dispute between the two countries.
