Kazakhstan’s Ambassador to the EU Roman Vassilenko says that the EU should increase its “mutually beneficial ties” with Kazakhstan.

He tells #EuropeToday that Kazakhstan could up its EU oil supply to over 100 million tons per year, in exchange for European investment and technologies.
