Israel ordered evacuations in nine southern Lebanese towns before launching fresh strikes and demolitions up to 10km inside Lebanon’s “yellow zone”. As talks in Washington eye extending the ceasefire, the Lebanese government demands reconstruction aid, detainee releases and Israeli withdrawal. Al Jazeera’s Obaida Hitto reports.
