Abdullah Ibrahim | A Lesotho jazzy tribute

Lesotho's jazz musicians have joined the global music community in paying tribute to legendary musician, Abdullah Ibrahim.

Renowned saxophonist, Bhudaza Mapefane said Ibrahim's music has long been regarded as a benchmark for aspiring jazz artists.

However, Mapefane noted that his admiration for the celebrated musician deepened after discovering that they shared roots in Lesotho, a connection that strengthened his personal bond with Ibrahim's legacy.
