Philippine authorities given 72 hours to decide on Senator Ronald dela Rosa's arrest

Philippine authorities were given 72 hours on Thursday (May 14) to decide whether Senator Ronald dela Rosa should be arrested under an International Criminal Court (ICC) warrant for alleged crimes against humanity.

Senate President Alan Peter Cayetano said dela Rosa would not be arrested for now and would instead be given the opportunity to respond to the Supreme Court’s decision.
