Deadly explosion at fireworks factory kills 21 in China

At least 21 people have been killed and dozens more injured after a powerful explosion at a fireworks factory in Changsha.

The blast occurred at a manufacturing facility on Monday afternoon, sending thick smoke into the sky and damaging nearby homes.
