Lady Justice Dr. Freda Mugambi: UDA submitted that, having been accorded the right to be heard at both the National Assembly and the Senate, former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua was found culpable of publicly attacking and undermining the work of the National Intelligence Service (NIS), undermining the institutional, functional and decisional independence of the judiciary, and persistently making inflammatory, reckless and inciteful public statements perceived to threaten discrimination against sections of Kenyans.
