Nyanza MPs urge government to strengthen Ebola surveillance

A section of Nyanza legislators is urging the government to strengthen measures to prevent the spread of Ebola through cross-border activities on Lake Victoria. Meanwhile tourism stakeholders in the Country have cautioned against what they termed sensational reporting by a cross section of the media on Ebola, warning that misinformation is triggering unnecessary travel cancellations and threatening the country's tourism recovery.
