Ebola Outbreak | Nigeria at high risk of Ebola spread

Nigeria's Centre for Disease Control and Prevention (NCDC) says Nigeria is at high-risk for the entrance of Ebola into the country, due to the constant movement of people in and out of the West African country.

According to the NCDC, the government's assessments on its state of readiness have been completed in health centres in about 30, out of the 36 states.

The health centres will administer the screening, isolation and control of suspected Ebola cases.

The NCDC says it will partner with authorities at ports of entry to ensure the disease is not imported into the country.
