NSFAS | Inadequate financial and accommodation support

Medical and other health sciences programmes operate on a 12-month academic and clinical training model, yet NSFAS funding support and accommodation allowances are structured around a 10-month system.

This creates a gap where students are expected to continue clinical training without adequate financial and accommodation support.
