Undocumented Migrants | Daveyton residents take to the streets

Tensions ran high in Ekurhuleni on Saturday as Daveyton residents in Gauteng, marched through the streets demanding tougher action against undocumented foreign nationals. But they insist they won't bring the economy to a standstill.

The march comes days ahead of a self-imposed June 30th deadline where anti-immigration groups such as March and March and Operation Dudula have called for all undocumented migrants to return to their countries of origin.

However the Presidency has warned that no shutdown will be tolerated.
