The National Heroes Council Chief Executive officer CEO Charles Wambia has pledged sustained stakeholder engagement to plant trees at heroes’ corners in prisons across the country. Speaking at Kilifi county Gk prison after planting 1000 trees at the heroes’ corner, Wambia said the decision is in line with the government agenda to increase the country’s forest cover.
