Multiple shots have been fired at a venue at Punchbowl, in Sydney's south-west.
It was the same venue earlier posted on social media as the location for the funeral of Sydney gangster Lorenzo Lemalu. He was shot in a hail of bullets in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, on May 2.
But NSW Police said there was no funeral taking place and there were no mourners there when the shooting occurred.
