Mokoena Letsie to be laid to rest in Mahikeng on Saturday - Tebogo Phakedi reports

Mokoena Letsie, a social activist in Potchefstroom, will be laid to rest on Saturday. He was killed in a hail of bullets in the Hashtag informal Settlement that happened a week following the killing of Thato Molosankwe in Mahikeng, who was also a social activist.

Police say Letsie was shot at 17 times.

A memorial service held in his honour on Thursday was packed to the rafters, with locals calling for a swift action to apprehend his killers.
