#AfD politicians attend Russian forum despite Berlin’s warning

Several politicians from Germany’s AfD party attended the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum despite advice from the German government to stay away. During the event, AfD lawmaker Markus Frohnmaier reportedly discussed restoring economic ties with Russia and reopening the Nord Stream pipeline.
