Residents living along the Kromme River urged to evacuate immediately

Kouga Municipality in the Eastern Cape is urging all residents living along the Kromme River to evacuate immediately, and move to higher ground as a significant volume of water is flowing down the river.

This follows an increased spillway release from Impofu Dam.
