Israel-Lebanon ceasefire: Hezbollah rejects Washington-brokered framework

Lebanon’s president says a comprehensive ceasefire could be within reach, following difficult negotiations backed by the US. But Hezbollah is rejecting the proposed framework, calling it, surrender under fire.
