Unrest in Chile: Protesters call for public cuts to be reversed

Police in Chile have used water cannon to disperse protesters in the capital Santiago. They're calling on Chile's President Jose Antionio Cast to reverse sweeping public cuts. Protesters accuse Kast's government of dismantling healthcare, education, and welfare programs.
