Holomisa calls for probe into governance issues at Department of Defence & Military Veterans

Deputy Minister of Defence and Military Veterans, Bantu Holomisa, has called for the establishment of an independent task team to investigate what he terms persistent governance failures, recurring adverse audit findings and accountability challenges within the Department of Defence and Military Veterans.

The call is made in a letter that Holomisa wrote to Parliament's Portfolio Committee on Defence and Military Veterans.
