Suspended SAPS Sergeant Fannie Nkosi's bail appeal fails

The High Court in Pretoria has found that the magistrate who denied suspended police officer, Sergeant Fannie Nkosi, bail, did not err in law.

Judge Mokhine Mosopa also ruled that the state had succeeded in demonstrating that it has a strong case against him.

Nkosi faces three counts of failure to secure firearms, eight counts of failing to protect ammunition, defeating the ends of justice and failure to mount a safe.
