Garden Route mop-up operations continue after 2nd major storm

The situation in the Garden Route is beginning to improve, as better weather conditions allow for accelerated mop-up operations.

Of the 25 communities that were isolated following the second major storm in less than a month, only a few areas remain cut off.

In the Little Karoo, an independent and private tourism hub, the Cango Wildlife Conservation and Education Centre is doing all it can to keep its doors open after being severely affected twice.
