#WATCH | People sometimes say that politics is mostly about endless talking. I'm not sure that's entirely true, but in any case, over the past hour, I've seen that you can achieve a great deal in a very short time. And I'm very delighted about that.

Because in a world of geopolitical tensions and technological revolutions, it's vital that like-minded countries join forces—in our values, in our knowledge, and in our economic strength.

And that is exactly what the strategic partnership between our countries aims to do. It's a long-term commitment between India and the Netherlands to work together on building a strong maritime industry, resilient supply chains for energy and raw materials, and a common defence against cyber threats and terrorism. And it may sound wide-ranging, and it is. In the past hour, we've heard about many opportunities for innovation and new jobs in both India and the Netherlands. And together, we'll deliver clear benefits for our businesses, for people, and for future generations—not only in economic terms but also through our political dialogue and our cooperation through the European Union, the G20, and the United Nations.

And the constructive discussions we've had this afternoon are a logical next step building on the many years of excellent relations between our countries. So, Prime Minister, thank you for being here. Thank you for your inspiring ideas and for this productive discussion.
