MASSIVE RUSSIAN ATTACK ON UKRAINE
A countrywide mass missile and drone attack on Ukraine by Russia has killed at least 11 people and wounded more than 100 others. The DTEK power company reports that around 140 thousand residents in Kyiv have been left without power.

Ending Russia's war against Ukraine before winter is a realistic goal, according to Kyrylo Budanov, the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine. His remarks follow comments by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who said on Sunday that Russia was losing the initiative on the battlefield.

DUTCH PATRIOT SYSTEMS AND TROOPS TO REMAIN IN POLAND FOR SIX MORE MONTHS
Dutch Patriot air defense systems and around 150 troops will remain in Poland for up to six more months. The deployment has been extended at NATO and Poland’s request, according to the Dutch defense minister.
