* President Cyril Ramaphosa is likely to be requested to appear before Parliament's Impeachment Committee to give his oral account following the theft of foreign currency at his Phala Phala farm.

* Warrant Officer Karl Sander from the Hawks in KwaZulu-Natal returns to the Madlanga Commission this morning. Sander testified yesterday about the Port Shepstone drug theft, which saw over R200 million worth of cocaine stolen from a Hawks facility in 2021 in KwaZulu-Natal.

* Fuel prices for June reflect a split at the pumps with both 93 and 95 octane petrol going up by R1.43 per litre. Meanwhile, diesel users will see significant relief, with prices dropping by between R2.62 and R3.25 per litre.

* The U.N. Secretary General's spokesperson has reiterated humanitarian concerns in relation to the continued military escalation in southern Lebanon.
