Having joined the EU more than 20 years ago, Poland has benefited greatly from its membership in the bloc: not just thanks to the common market, but also thanks to EU funds. The time will come, however, when Poland will have to become a net contributor to EU’s budget. With that engine helping drive Poland’s development, what can replace it for Warsaw?
“At the same time, you are actually starting a new engine, which is the defense sector. Join TVP World’s Jakub Kapiszewski and his guest as they explore the Security Action for Europe (SAFE) defense loan’s role in further developing Poland’s economy and the role of public, including EU, funding.
