Iran says it has launched retaliatory strikes after US bombing #worldnow

Footage released by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard on Monday apparently shows missiles being launched from Iran.

Kuwait has confirmed that it is intercepting incoming drone and missile fire.

Iran has said that this volley is a retaliatory strike, after the US bombed Iranian radar and drone control sites.

In turn, Washington says these strikes were in response to Iranian forces shooting down an American MQ-1 Predator drone this weekend.

Despite these attacks, a nominal ceasefire appears to still be in place.
