Madlanga Commission | KZN Hawks Warrant Officer Karl Sander testifies about narcotics cases training

North West-based businessman Suliman Carrim will not appear before the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry in Pretoria on Monday after being declared medically unfit to testify.

Carrim will now testify on the 25th of this month.

He is accused of lending alleged underworld kingpin Vusimuzi 'Cat' Matlala R10 million to service the Medicare24 Tshwane District tender, which has since been cancelled.
