Flock of critically endangered swift parrots spotted in Northern NSW | ABC NEWS

A flock of about 50 critically endangered swift parrots has been sighted at Lake Cathie, near Port Macquarie in Northern NSW.
Avid birdwatcher James Bennett says it was exciting to spot the birds in the region, with its estimated population of 1000 to 1500 having spent most of their time in Victoria.
