SARS launches new system in North West

South African Revenue Service (SARS) to launch its Foreign Vehicle Declaration System in the North West on Monday, with the measure taking effect immediately.

SARS Commissioner Dr. Johnstone Makhubu led the oversight at a border post between South Africa and Botswana.
