AI आधारित ‘Samadhan Didi’ लॉन्च, शिकायत निवारण होगा और आसान

Union Minister of State for Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions Jitendra Singh launched ‘Samadhan Didi’, an AI-enabled voice chatbot for CPGRAMS at Kartavya Bhavan in New Delhi.

Highlighting the importance of grievance redressal in governance, he said Prime Minister Narendra Modi has consistently emphasised citizen-centric administration over the past 12 years. He noted that grievance redressal not only helps resolve public complaints but also provides valuable feedback for improving government systems.

He also highlighted the growing use of AI in governance and said several states have adopted the Centre’s grievance redressal model.
