Cuban military describes Guantanamo security talks with U.S. general as ‘positive’

Senior U.S. and Cuban military officials held a rare face-to-face meeting near Guantanamo Bay, marking the first such engagement.
Both sides described the security discussions as positive and agreed to maintain communication despite ongoing political differences between Washington and Havana.
