Dobsonville remembers Julius Sebolai

South Africans are calling for servant leadership, as the country gears up to elect new Councillors and Mayors in the November polls.

In Dobsonville, Soweto, some residents say they want a selfless leadership, similar to that of their late Councillor, Julius Sebolai.

During his tenure, as an ANC Councillor, Sebolai saw the establishment of the first-ever RDP house location in Bramfischerville outside Soweto.

He also mobilised the business community to build the current-day Dobsonville Shopping Mall.
