Polish President Karol Nawrocki intends to strip his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelenskyy of the Order of the White Eagle, Poland’s highest state decoration. Emergency crews have been responding to the explosion, which has wounded two people. The attack has prompted strong responses from NATO and EU officials.
