Newly formed Maendeleo ya Wanawake SACCO receives registration certificate

Cooperatives PS Patrick Kilemi has reaffirmed the government’s commitment to support the growth of the cooperative movement in Kenya by creating an enabling environment for established and upcoming saccos. The PS was speaking today when he issued a registration certificate to the newly formed Maendeleo ya Wanawake @ 70 Mbao Sacco, promising to fulfil President Ruto’s pledge of 250 million in seed capital towards the sacco to enable its operationalisation.
