Russian drone attack damages apartment building in Romania

A Russian drone attack set fire to the roof of a residential building in Romania, leaving several residents in need of medical attention. NATO condemned Russia’s “recklessness”, while European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen described the strike as “another line crossed” by Moscow, this time “on EU soil”.
