Another shack fire hits Plastic View Informal Settlement in Tshwane

City of Tshwane Mayor Dr. Nasiphi Moya and Human Settlements MMC Ald Aaron Maluleka returned to the Plastic View Informal Settlement in Tshwane on Thursday night responding to another devastating shack fire incident that affected the community.
