MK Party chief whip granted bail

MK Party chief whip Mmabatho Mokoena-Zondi has been granted R30 000 bail at the Cape Town Magistrates Court. This after she handed herself over to the Hawks on Thursday morning as there was a warrant of arrest against her. She faces charges of fraud or theft, to the tune of R233 000, for allegedly extorting staff salaries of the party in Parliament.
