Wage growth slowed for Singapore workers in 2025, expected to stay moderate in 2026: MOM

Wage growth in Singapore slowed to a four-year low in 2025, according to the Ministry of Manpower’s latest report. Businesses largely remained profitable, but fewer firms raised salaries as employers grew more cautious amid rising costs and the growing impact of AI on the workforce.
