Reserve Bank to announce interest rates decision

The Reserve Bank Monetary Policy Committee decision on interest rates will be announced.
Bond trader sources indicate that the local market has already priced in a rate hike.
This comes after the April CPI annualised number jumped by 4%, driven largely by the cost of transportation due to the war in the Middle East.
That compared with inflation rising by 3.1 per cent in March.
Reserve Bank Governor, Lesetja Kganyago has warned that if the threat of inflation increases, the bank won't hesitate to act accordingly.
