Five rescued after flash flood traps cavers in Laos

Rescue teams in northern Laos have successfully pulled five people alive from a flooded cave following days of intensive search and recovery operations. The group had been trapped underground after sudden flash floods swept through the area, cutting off access routes and flooding interior chambers.
