E Cape disaster victims appeal for help

Families in Tabase outside Mthatha in the Eastern Cape are calling for assistance after they lost their homes due to disasters. The ten members of the Njotini family say they are now staying in a dilapidated rondavel, while the Dyinkwana family has been waiting for almost four years for a house after losing their home. They all depend on government's social grant. Nomzwanele Mngoma has more.
