Estonian PM warns #Hormuz blockade boosts #Russia

The mood at this year’s Ukraine Recovery Conference is different than before because of Ukraine’s new capabilities putting pressure on Russia, says Estonian PM Kristen Michal. In an exclusive interview with TVP World, Michal emphasized the impact of European financial support for Ukraine, noting, however, that the blockade on the Strait of Hormuz provided Russia with a financial lifeline from oil sales.
