Choa Chu Kang murder: Man, 22, to be charged with murder after allegedly stabbing woman to death

A 22-year-old man will be charged with murder on May 28, after allegedly stabbing a 21-year-old woman to death at a HDB block in Choa Chu Kang. If convicted, he faces the death penalty. Preliminary investigations show that they are known to each other. Neighbours say they have often heard loud sounds of a couple fighting. Nikhil Khattar visits the crime scene.
