Ebola outbreak: Eastern DRC facing catastrophic collision of disease and war, says WHO chief

The World Health Organization chief is warning that a conflict raging in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo is complicating efforts to rein in an outbreak of a deadly Ebola variant. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus stressed that there is no vaccine or treatment for the Bundibugyo strain and that the fighting is driving further exposure and preventing containment.
