Joe Sibanyoni, co-accused expected back in court tomorrow: NPA Boss Adv. Andy Mothibi

Taxi boss Joe Sibanyoni and co-accused are expected back in court tomorrow for the extortion and money laundering case.
This follows the NPA's decision to file a formal complaint with the Magistrates Commission. The complaint follows proceedings in the Kwaggafontein Magistrate's Court in Mpumalanga earlier last week.

They relate to the decisions of Chief Magistrate Tuletu Tonjeni in the State versus Joe Sibanyoni case, convicting a prosecutor for contempt or court, authorising a warrant of arrest against him and removing the case from the court roll.
