SK HYNIX US LISTING: Chipmaker pulls off Wall Street's biggest foreign ADR listing

South Korean chip giant SK Hynix making Wall Street history with a record US share sale in an ADR offering as a foreign company. It's also number two after SpaceX for share sales in US history. The company priced its ADRs at US$149 US each. That's a 2.7% premium to its average price over the past three days. SK Hynix's listing is significant not just because of its size, but also because it comes at a time when investors are questioning over-valuation in AI-related stocks.
