Activist and self-proclaimed Amabhinca Nation president, Ngizwenkosi Mchunu, says he believes he has apologised sincerely to EFF leader Julius Malema.
This comes as additional charges have now been brought against him by Malema, escalating the ongoing legal dispute between the two.
Mchunu's charges stems from viral remarks he made outside the Union Buildings in April, where he accused EFF Leader, Julius Malema, of protecting undocumented migrants and accepting millions of rands from alleged Nigerian drug cartels.
Legal Analyst Melusi Xulu has warned that Mchunu is legally skating on thin ice after the High Court in Pretoria found him guilty of contempt and issued a warrant for his arrest after he failed to comply with previous court orders.
