Nursing Home Lapses: MOH to revoke LC Nursing Home licence, interim care team deployed

The Health Ministry will revoke the licence of LC Nursing Home in Siglap after it found serious and systemic lapses in care and safety. These include failures in wound care, medication management and infection prevention and control. An interim care team from Vanguard Healthcare will care for the residents until 23 November, when the revocation takes effect. Noah Kong reports from outside the home in Siglap.
